On December 17, 2025, the Peace Committee of Buram, in partnership with the Community Development Organization, distributed 250 food baskets to returnees and the most vulnerable families in the host community of Kundi, Buram locality, South Darfur, who were affected by the tribal conflict in the Kundi area.
This distribution was part of the fourth phase of the project to mitigate the effects of war on those affected by the conflict in South and East Darfur.
