Establishment of a center and safe space with internet access for women in the city of Tulus, South Darfur

On January 28, 2026, the Tulus Women's Emergency Room, in partnership with the Community Development Organization, inaugurated a women's center in Tulus, East Darfur State. The center provides a safe space for women, equipped with internet access for a nominal fee, to protect them from harassment in public spaces. It also offers a safe environment for women's activities and women's groups in the city. This initiative falls under the fourth phase of the project to mitigate the effects of war on those affected by the conflict in South and East Darfur.
