As part of its efforts to combat violence against women, the Women's Protection Network of the Community Development for Progress Organization conducted a workshop on managing cases of violence for 30 women who are members of grassroots protection committees established by the network in Nyala on December 18, 2025.
This workshop was part of a project to mitigate the effects of war on those affected by the conflict in South and East Darfur.
Sudan Community Progress Development Organization (SCPDO) is non-profit organization that was established in 2023 and an independent legal entity falling under the humanitarian voluntary work act and registered in National Bureau for Non-Governmental Organizations in Uganda (NBNGO) and is part of Community Development for Progress Organization (CDPO) in Sudan.
