Women and Girls Protection Sessions Launched in the Al-Tawil and Sergeela Areas of Tulus Locality, South Darfur

On August 25, 2025, sessions to enhance the protection of women, girls, and children began in the Al-Tawil area of ​​Tulus Locality, South Darfur, to reduce the incidence of femicides in the Al-Tawil and Sergeela areas and to establish women’s protection networks that include women, youth, and traditional administrations. The sessions are organized by the Peace Ambassadors Initiative in partnership with CDPO.

This is part of the Enhancing Opportunities for Women and Youth to Contribute to Peace and Security in South and East Darfur Project.
