سرطان الثدي لو اتعرف بدري بتعالج، والخوف هو البمرضنا أكتر من المرض نفسه.
توصيتنا ليكم في أكتوبر ده:
*أول حاجة، خليك قريبة من جسمك:*
كل شهر بعد الدورة، أقيفي قدام المراية وافحصي روحك. لو حسيتي بي كلكعة، تغيير في الشكل، أو ألم ما متعودة عليه، ما تسكتي.
*تاني حاجة، الفحص ما رفاهية:*
لو عمرك فوق الـ 40، الفحص السنوي بالماموغرام مهم شديد. ولو أصغر، الفحص الذاتي ومراجعة الدكتورة كفاية تطمنك.
*تالت حاجة، كسري حاجز الخوف:*
الفحص ما عيب. ده حب لنفسك ولأولادك وأهلك. الكشف بدري بنقذ حياتك بنسبة أكتر من 90%.

Your health matters to us, and our message is for all of you.
Breast cancer is treatable when detected early; it is fear that harms us more than the disease itself.
Our recommendations for you this October:
First, stay in tune with your body:
Every month after your period, stand in front of the mirror and examine yourself. If you feel a lump, notice a change in appearance, or experience unusual pain, do not stay silent.
Second, screening is not a luxury:
If you are over 40, an annual mammogram is crucial. If you are younger, self-examination and a doctor’s check-up are enough to put your mind at ease.
Third, break the barrier of fear:
There is no shame in screening. It is an act of love for yourself, your children, and your family. Early detection saves lives in over 90% of cases.
