The Al-Tadamun Neighborhood Emergency Humanitarian Room, in partnership with the Community Development for Progress Organization, operated a community kitchen at the Al-Tadamun Neighborhood Health Center in Al-Daein, the capital of East Darfur State, from April 28 to May 20, 2026.
This was part of the fourth phase of the project to mitigate the effects of war on those affected by the conflict in South and East Darfur.
Sudan Community Progress Development Organization (SCPDO) is non-profit organization that was established in 2023 and an independent legal entity falling under the humanitarian voluntary work act and registered in National Bureau for Non-Governmental Organizations in Uganda (NBNGO) and is part of Community Development for Progress Organization (CDPO) in Sudan.
